Nic Tharpa Cartier - This July

I've yet to see Nic's work in person but I'm looking forward to it and he'll be showing along with Chris McArdle whose work can be found on Facebook. The opening will be Thursday, July 1 from 6-8 pm at the same time as the "First Thursday" JP Centre/South Main Streets art stroll.

I met Nic Tharpa Cartier at the ICA gala while he drew a henna tattoo on my hand. I discovered that he lived in JP and, in addition to being a henna artist, he paints and does other mixed media work. So, naturally, I invited him to show his work. Here are a couple of his collage-like images:
